From Australia: Hello, I spent a long time in social isolation during which I begin to think out and talk to myself. As I am now a more social person I need to stop thinking out loud but I can’t seem to control it.
What are some methods I can use to put this issue behind me?
A: For thought-broadcasting the two best interventions are medicine and cognitive-behavioral therapy.
