My son tells me he’s fat ugly and he hates himself he would rather be dead or wished he had not been born i asked him if someone or something is making him feel this way he said no that it was in himself and cannot explain why he is feeling like he is what should i do?
A: My guess is he is telling you because he needs help and doesn’t know how to fix this himself. Don’t wait. You son should not be feeling these things and — whatever the reason — he needs to talk to a good child therapist to help him sort it through.
